👉 Role Mission

Support the definition, prioritization, and execution of Cafler’s financial roadmap, with a focus on payments, billing, wallets, pricing, and ERP systems.
You will work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to integrate global financial solutions and ensure an efficient, secure, and scalable operation.

🚀 What You Will Do

• Manage and prioritize the financial backlog, including payments, ERP, billing, and wallets.

• Collaborate in the selection, evaluation, and integration of payment providers, banks, processors, and ERP systems.

• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, with a strong focus on payments, pricing, and financial operations.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Data, and Operations to implement new features.

• Document functionalities, flows, and processes in a clear and structured way.

• Track and analyze key metrics: payment conversion, revenue, margin, operational efficiency, wallet adoption, etc.

• Support global regulatory and tax compliance, under the supervision of the senior team.

🚀 What You Will Bring

• 1–4 years of experience as a Product Owner in fintech, payments, ERP, or digital platforms.

• Experience participating in integrations with payment systems, banks, processors, ERPs, or financial platforms.

• General knowledge of SaaS, APIs, and Agile methodologies (Scrum).

• Familiarity with pricing models, commissions, reconciliation, and financial operations.

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, with support from the senior team.

• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.

• Proactivity, strong organization skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with wallets, loyalty, incentives, or rewards programs.

• Knowledge of global taxation (VAT, withholdings).

• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or B2B SaaS companies.
