Role Mission:
We are looking for a Business Developer based in Chile to lead the introduction, adoption, and growth of Cafler’s technology platform in the Chilean market.
Your mission goes beyond closing deals. You will drive real adoption of Cafler’s operating system, developing a deep understanding of the local market and helping to digitalize the way dealerships, workshops, fleets, rent-a-car companies, and other key automotive ecosystem players operate.
This role is critical to laying the foundations for Cafler’s growth in Chile and across Latin America.
What You Will Do:
Conduct in-depth research on the Chilean market: key players, dynamics, needs, competitors, and opportunities.
Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential B2B clients: dealerships, workshop networks, fleets, rent-a-car companies, logistics operators, insurers, service providers, and strategic partners.
Present and sell Cafler’s SaaS technology platform as a digital transformation solution.
Lead customer onboarding processes, ensuring proper activation and effective use of the platform.
Build and manage a strong, predictable sales pipeline in the Chilean market.
Meet with local providers and partners to enrich and adapt the solution to local market needs.
Travel within the country when required to gain first-hand market insight and strengthen commercial relationships.
Analyze data and KPIs to continuously optimize the commercial and expansion strategy.
What You Will Bring:
Proven experience in software, SaaS, or technology solution sales (e.g., POS systems, digital platforms).
Previous sales experience within the Chilean automotive sector is highly valued (dealerships, rent-a-car, fleet companies, tire providers, spare parts, or automotive services).
Demonstrable track record of closed deals, acquired clients, and revenue generation.
Strong negotiation, deal-closing, and full sales-cycle management skills.
Autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset, with high self-management capability, funnel organization, and proactivity.
Experience using CRM tools.
