Mission of the Role
We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Business Developer based in Florida to build and own Cafler's US market entry from the ground up. This is a founding commercial role — you will be responsible for mapping the landscape, identifying and closing the first strategic accounts, and establishing the commercial foundation that will define how Cafler grows in North America.
You will work directly with the global leadership team, acting with high autonomy and full ownership of the US pipeline. If you thrive in zero-to-one environments and want your fingerprints on a market launch, this is your role.

What You'll Do
Own the US go-to-market strategy. Map the market landscape, identify priority verticals (dealer groups, fleet operators, automotive service chains), and define the entry strategy for the US, starting from Florida.
Generate and close the first US accounts. Build the pipeline from scratch — outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, demos, proposals, and contract negotiation. Own every stage of the sales cycle.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships. Prospect and establish relationships with key automotive sector players — dealer groups, fleet companies, automotive retail chains, and technology partners — to accelerate market penetration.
Act as Cafler's primary face in the US market. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums. Build Cafler's brand presence and credibility in the North American automotive ecosystem.
Support customer onboarding and early adoption. Work closely with the Product and SaaS teams to ensure first US customers are successfully onboarded, seeing value quickly, and becoming referenceable accounts.
Feed intelligence back to HQ. Capture and document market insights, competitive intel, customer feedback, and pricing signals from the US market to inform product roadmap and global strategy.
Own US commercial KPIs. Track and report on pipeline volume, conversion rates, ARR generated, deal velocity, and customer acquisition cost — with full transparency to leadership.
What We're Looking For
Deep network and knowledge of the US automotive sector: dealer groups, fleets, automotive retail, aftermarket services, or adjacent verticals.
SaaS / B2B software sales experience would be valued with a track record of closing deals — not just generating pipeline

Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract — in complex B2B environments.
Strong negotiation and closing skills. You're not just a relationship manager — you drive deals to a decision.
Highly autonomous and self-organized: You can build structure, manage your own funnel, and operate without a playbook already written for you.
CRM proficiency: you log everything, forecast accurately, and use data to manage your sales motion.
Native or fluent English.
